Criteria for Returns & Exchanges
Garments may be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days from the date of recorded delivery, subject to the following criteria:
- • The garment must remain in unworn, unwashed, and completely unblemished condition.
- • Original manufacturer security tags and garment hangtags must remain securely attached.
- • Footwear and leather goods must be returned in their original protective dustbags and boxes.
Initiating a Return in 3 Steps
- 1. Contact Concierge: Transmit an email to [email protected] or access your client account dashboard with your order reference.
- 2. Doorstep Collection: Our designated courier will arrive at your address with a tamper-evident return satchel within 24 to 48 hours.
- 3. Inspection & Reimbursement: Upon receipt and inspection at our atelier, your exchange garment is immediately dispatched or refund initiated to your original payment method.
